A conversational learning experience
I defined and designed a learning experience aimed at introducing its users to AI and teach them about its capabilities and how they could apply them in their day-to-day work.
I defined requirements in collaboration with a product manager based on user experience principles related specifically to conversational interactions and designed various concepts including flows and interaction mechanisms to support learning goals.
My product partner and I worked with a group of talented software engineers to develop an internal facing live proof of concept for testing.

Designing a scalable content experience
I owned the “in-content learning experience” on the O’Reilly learning platform and led various feature releases and design enhancements since 2022, This case study details how I re-designed the content experience and defined rules to govern how the UI adapts to various usage and context scenarios to support the feature releases planned for Q2 - Q3 of 2024.
These updates were released to all users in August 2024 and have enabled usability improvements which led to increased user satisfaction and content engagement as a result.

I designed multi-identity provider single sign on for O'Reilly Media's learning platform, a critical technical feature which allowed us to retain a major enterprise customer.

A structured file organization scheme for the design team at O'Reilly Media; I defined a hybrid information architecture model to govern how files are labeled, structured and organized, enabling ease of design work discoverability and decreased time spent searching for design work for executive stakeholders.

Designing an over-the-counter payment system aimed at enabling small to mid-size businesses accept in-person payments electronically.

Designing intuitive advanced filtering
An enhancement for a disbursement management system's list view; It allows users (insurance agents) to filter the list by various meaningful fields to find disbursed claim payments as needed.

An OCR extraction configuration editor
A Paymentus internal tool enabling the configuration of documents for OCR (Optical Character Recognition) capture. This tool allowed account managers to specify the location of key payment information enabling the system to correctly identify them.

An automated notification messages editor
An intuitive email and SMS notification content editing experience for Paymentus' self-service customers, enabling them to edit the messages to better align with their brand voice identity.

Designing an icon library
Designing a library of more than 300 icons that became part of Paymentus' design system. To support consistent implementation across products, I also developed a downloadable icon font and partnered with Engineering to drive its adoption across the company's digital payment platform. The icon library remains in active use today.
